Verde is the restaurant in the Perez Art Museum in downtown Miami. Welcome the new chef and her tasty and beautiful food. I was there with a group and our meal was preordered. Truthfully, the food, the serving, the atmosphere were amazing. Just a sampling of what we enjoyed were the artist's palette, a sampling of colorful dips served with really good bread; Street Corn Arancini, they kindly brought me a serving without the bacon; the brick chicken was delicious; one in our party thought the short rib ragu served on pappardelle was the best ever. My favorite was the Mojito Cubano Tiradito, a ceviche with jello shots. The desserts are a sight to be seen - I'm partial the pavlovas, this one is delicious, though a touch too sweet. Get lunch here when you visit the museum or just make Verde your destination and enjoy the views of yachts and cruise ships at the port.

I recently dined at Verde for brunch before visiting PAMM, and I honestly regret not trying this place sooner. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. My server, Io, was incredibly attentive, offering great menu suggestions. The service was quick, knowledgeable, and friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. Manager Sylvia was also very welcoming. We tried a few different dishes, all of which were so beautifully presented and flavorful that they could easily be displayed in a museum. The cocktails were just as impressive, perfectly complementing the meal. I’ll definitely be returning in the future!

Such a cozy spot with a calm, low-noise atmosphere—perfect for a relaxed meal or date. The food was simply amazing, full of creative fusion flavors that really stood out. We had the Caracas Eggs Benedict on a beet arepa with smoked salmon and chive hollandaise—so unique and delicious. The Guava Short Rib Bao Buns were packed with tender, flavorful meat and just the right touch of sweetness and spice. And for dessert, the Lavender Pavlova was light, floral, and beautifully balanced with the tartness of the berries and cream. Also, shoutout to Eric, our server—super friendly and made the experience even better. Can’t wait to come back!

Recently dined at Verde for the first time despite going to PAMM on multiple occasions. I think because it's attached to a museum I viewed it as a place for snacks and not an actual restaurant. Well not the case and glad I actually took the time to sit and have a meal. Let's start work service, it was a busy evening due to the usual Thurs museum night event and a party of 30 booked all the outside tables so we got a table for 2 inside easily. Waiter Eric came over within a minute introduced himself handed us the menu and mentioned a shrimp speciality as the museum was celebrating Haitian culture. It was absolutely delicious along with the fish tacos and light refreshing sangria. I'll have to return to try out some of the other options. Prices were good too considering it is waterfront and downtown.

Lovely place, with delicious food and amazing outdoor area right by the museum and water. The food is not only tasty but also the presentation is wonderful (except may be a burger, that's just a burger). Place is fairly casual, with a relaxed vibe, and definitely worth a visit. They change the menu fairly frequently.

We ordered what can only be described as edible works of art — each dish was just as stunning to look at as it was to taste. Every bite was a burst of flavor and creativity. What made it even more special was Chef Valeri herself bringing out the dishes and taking the time to explain the inspiration behind each one. Her passion and attention to detail were incredible and made the whole experience unforgettable. Highly, highly recommended!

Woah! What an experience. Might just be the best food presentation I’ve ever witnessed. The taste combinations were spot on. I took out my phone for this review and the wife starts to pick at my plate! We both loved each dish equally. The weekend brunch was fantastic, surprised if another place in Miami beats this experience. Bar raised for museum restaurants, couldn’t recommend it more!
